Although we have one of the lowest non-posting rates in the industry, it is important to be aware that non-postings do occur for various reasons that are out of our control. While it is rare that a tradeline does not post (less than 10% of the time), we do guarantee postings to the consumer, and if a tradeline does not post as advertised, then we must issue a refund to the consumer.
In the event that we issue the consumer a refund due to the tradeline not posting as advertised during the entire two-month duration, the credit partner will not receive a commission since the contract has not been fulfilled.
