In order to place an order with us, we need a color copy of your driver’s license and a color copy of your social security card.
These items are necessary for identity verification, fraud prevention, and occasionally the banks will ask for these documents in order to add an authorized user to an account.
If you do not have a driver’s license, we will accept a color copy of a passport or state-issued identification card in lieu of the driver’s license.
If you do not have your social security card, we can send you a special form that you can complete, sign, and send back to us so that we can run a verification directly with the Social Security Administration. If you need to go this route, please send us an email requesting the social security verification form.
