Purchase Store Credit Success

Thank you for placing a store credit request. Please see below or check your email for directions and printable instructions to send us a wire or Zelle payment.

Once we have received your funds, we will notify you via email that your store credit code has been activated and provide you with the code.

Once activated, you can apply your store credit to your tradeline order by entering your code into the “store credit” field at the beginning of checkout.

***Zelle payments initially come in as “Pending” transactions but this must be cleared first before your account can be credited***

  • Confirm any daily or monthly transfer limits with your bank before sending your funds. Each transfer limit can be different from bank to bank. ($500 daily limits are common when adding a new account to pay)
  • Add Tradeline Supply Company as a Zelle recipient using the email support@tradelinesupply.com
  • Zelle your funds to Tradeline Supply Company

**Note: If you hit a daily limit of $500 and you are trying to purchase a tradeline for more, you may send us more than one Zelle payment in order to fund your store credit account to your desired amount.
