We guarantee your purchased tradeline will post to at least two major credit bureaus within its reporting period. If it does not, we will issue a full refund for that tradeline.
To qualify for this refund, you must:
- Purchase the tradeline by the stated purchase deadline.
- Report any non-posting in writing to Refunds@TradelineSupply.com by providing your credit monitoring credentials, or credit reports, within 21 days of the first scheduled reporting date.
Before Requesting a Refund:
Most credit monitoring services update monthly, and it is common for credit reports to be outdated. Before contacting us, please ensure you are viewing a report that has been updated after the reporting period has ended.
How to Request a Refund:
Email Refunds@TradelineSupply.com and include:
- Your Name and Order Number.
- The card ID for the specific tradeline you are requesting the refund for.
- Credit Monitoring Information (Choose One) We do not accept screenshots.:
- The username and password for your CreditKarma.com account (for TransUnion/Equifax verification). If the tradeline posted to one bureau on Credit Karma or a bureau is not updated, we will need to verify Experian.
- For Experian: The username and password for your Experian.com or CreditCheckTotal.com account.
- Full PDF credit reports downloaded from AnnualCreditReport.com (must include all pages). AnnualCreditReport.com allows consumers to download free updated credit reports weekly. Therefore, please wait until after the last day of your reporting period has passed before accessing these reports. Click here for instructions.
- We also accept reports from myFICO.com or reports downloaded directly from each credit bureau.
What Happens Next?
Our refund team will confirm this information within 2 business days. Once confirmed, your refund will be issued within another 2 business days. Standard bank processing times may apply.
