A primary tradeline, by definition, is a credit account that is issued to you by the lender. Therefore, if a creditor did not actually issue you credit, then acquiring a “primary account” may involve methods that are questionable and maybe even illegal.
More importantly, buying primary tradelines may not even help as much as you may hope or as much as other options.
